Additionally, we will make regular visits or phone calls to you and/or your loved one to ensure your loved one is delighted with her/his care, receive any feedback on Qualified Caregiver performance and update your loved one’s Customized Care Plan (as necessary). Beyond our management visits/calls, we also extend the opportunity for a licensed nurse to visit you or your loved one.
24/7/365 AVAILABILITY
As part of our commitment to make the home care process as easy and convenient as possible, Care & Share Home Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to assist you and your loved one with any and all of your non-medical home care needs. We understand that personal care needs or emergencies can be unpredictable and arise at any time. Accordingly, we are available for you and your loved one at all times (day and night) should you need our help. You can count on us to be there for you when you need us most!
FREE IN-HOME ASSESSMENT
As part of our commitment to make the home care process as easy and convenient as possible, we offer you and your loved one a free in-home assessment. During your free in-home assessment, a Care & Share Home Care team member will meet with you and/or your loved one at your home or in the hospital to develop a Customized Care Plan for your loved one’s specific care needs, medical condition, personal preferences, advance directive and schedule that will guide our Qualified Caregiver in delivering the highest quality home care services as promised. In addition, our free in-home assessment is an opportunity for you and your loved one to get answers to all of your questions, understand how Care & Share Home Care makes the home care process easier and more convenient than our competitors and discuss our prices.
